Meeting Minutes
Apr 13, 2026, 6:00pm
1. Call to Order — Following the Public Hearing, PC Meeting was called to order at 6:36pm
by Tammy Bates, Chair.
2. Roll Call — James Slone, Tammy Bates, Scott Penrod, Scott Martin and Brian Boyer in
attendance. Doug Harris absent.
3. Pledge of Allegiance
4. Approval of Minutes — Motion by James S. to approve previous minutes of the Mar 4th
Regular Monthly Meeting, second by Scott M. Voted/approved.
5. Old Business
a. Master Plan — A draft was submitted. Two edits: 1. Road names still need
labeled better on maps, and 2. Only 1 elementary school now — Western
Elementary School.
b. Data Centers Discussion — Postponed.
c. PC Meeting Dates 2026 — yes, to remain as drafted last month.
6. New Business
a. Confirm date for Wind Ordinance Public Hearing - Public Hearing for May 11' at
5:45pm.
7. Public Comment — none.
8. Next Meeting — May 11, 2026 at 6:00pm (immediately following Public Hearing at
5:45pm for Wind Ordinance).
9. Adjournment — Meeting adjourned at 6:50pm.
