1. Call to order – Verify Nebraska Open Meetings Act Notice is in place.
2. Consent Agenda (All items listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine by the
Commissioners and will be enacted by one motion.)

Deuel County Fair.

Chappell Rural Fire District #1 request for levy allocation for budget year 2026-2027
•
Moratorium Resolution 2026-07; Battery Energy Storage Systems, AI Data Centers and Crypto Mining Farms

Resolution No. 2026-008; a resolution authorizing Region 21 Emergency Management Agency to retain
$4,167.07 in a vehicle fund that would otherwise be allocated to Deuel County for emergency management
purposes.
