appointing Election Inspectors pursuant to the Water

agreement set forth in a Stipulation and Consent Order
and Judgment, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, and authorizing Corporation Counsel
to execute the Stipulation and Consent Order and
Judgment.

Act on Ordinance delegating to the City Chamberlain,
pursuant to Local Finance Law, the power to authorize,
from time to time and year to year, the issuance and sale
of Tax Anticipated Notes of said City in anticipation of the
collection of taxes levied or to be levied.

Act on Ordinance to amend Chapter 1, Section 1-18(c) of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Elmira, NY, as

resolution approving a 4-month shared services
agreement between the City's Code Enforcement and the
Town of Erin to provide certain inspection services to the
Town for the term of May 1, 2026 through September 1,
2026 at a cost to the Town of $2,472.00 and authorizing
the Mayor to sign the agreement; said agreement subject
to Corporation Counsel approval.
