a. Based on the resignation of city finance director the following questions from our April meeting
sent to Chris will be addressed by whom?
“Request the following from Chris Costner:”
i. Please add concession revenue to Moss Lake revenues. $5,250 expense listed (help to
assess need & usage)
ii. Please add any late fees paid to Moss Lake to financial reports. City still charges late
fees.
iii. Does the city have plans on using $250k Track-hoe bought with lake funds at lake?
1. If not used for lake operations and only for city use for the last few years, how
does the lake budget address this?
iv. Please remove the word “dredging” from Line; Moss Lake Commission (error from old
report) original budget document from city was “Moss Lake Commission”
v. What is appropriated fund balance of $106,390 that shows on financial reports?
vi. Lake Commission would like to request a list of capital project expenses July 2024 to
present (for review)
vii. What building repairs do the budgeted $100k in current budget cover?
viii. What was $25,078 from capital fund used for last year bringing balance of $224,923
forward.
ix. Is it possible to review specific invoices for Lake expenses?
