PROCESSING, ISSUANCE, AND APPROVAL OF ANY APPLICATION FOR A ZONING CERTIFICATE
FOR DATA PROCESSING, HOSTING AND RELATED SERVICES (DATA CENTERS) UNDER THE
VILLAGE’S PLANNING AND ZONING CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
ORDINANCE 75-2026

AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ESTABLISHED IN ORDINANCE NO. 19 2026 FOR AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS, OR UNTIL LEGISLATION CREATED AS A
RESULT OF SAID MORATORIUM TAKES EFFECT, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST, IN
ORDER TO ALLOW THE VILLAGE TO REVIEW ITS LOCAL LAWS AND TO PLAN FOR
REGULATIONS RELATING TO SUCH USES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
