PUBLIC INPUT: Chris Olson inquired about North Blueberry Rd where the gravel is. It is currently placed
on the sides of the road but not in the center. When you drive on it, it pulls your vehicle. Jenny Hengst
read out loud a letter submitted by Linda Bentley regarding data centers. Concern is there is not a
township ordinance in place now and the counties is temporary. This is something that should be written
by a lawyer. The board will reach out to the WI Towns Association to get their direction.

$12,000.00 from contingency fund to Town Hall expense for the cost of the replacement roof. Motion
by Halmstad, seconded by Taft and carried by aye vote to approve.
Elections Contingency Plan – State law requires that each voting site has an alternative location. We
have the work shop listed but not during winter months, due to heating. Broken Arrow Bar was listed as
secondary however, the Broken Arrow bar is no longer open. Flambeau Lodge replaced the Broken
Arrow Bar. Recently Sunset Oaks was asked and agreed to being the secondary location, Town Hall
would be primary. Sunset Oaks was picked since it is closer to the Town Hall location. Flambeau Lodges
agreed to the change and will move to the third option. Motion by Halmstad, seconded by Taft and
carried by aye vote. MJ will take the change to the County Clerk’s office for the update.
