1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Tom Bednarek.
2. Roll call.
3. Clerk certifies open meeting laws have been complied with.
4. Motion to approve the minutes of the December 3, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting, as written.
5. Mayor opens the meeting to public comments on agenda items or other matters.
6. Reports of Department Heads present.
7. City Administrator Report.
8. Discussion of possible ordinance on minimum use requirements for alcohol licenses.
9. Discussion of water leak policy of the Fox Lake Utilities.
10. Discussion of 2026 pool season.
11. Discussion of water lateral ordinance.
12. Discussion of Data Center Development in Beaver Dam.
13. Motion to adjourn.
