City Hall 248 E. State St. Fox Lake, WI 53933
1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Tom Bednarek.
2. Roll call.
3. Clerk certifies open meeting laws have been complied with.
4. Motion to approve the minutes of the December 3, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting, as written.
5. Mayor opens the meeting to public comments on agenda items or other matters.
6. Reports of Department Heads present.
7. City Administrator Report.
8. Discussion of Data Center Development in Beaver Dam.
9. Discussion of Dam.
10. Discussion of possible ordinance on minimum use requirements for alcohol licenses.
11. Discussion of 2026 pool season.
12. Discussion of water lateral ordinance.
13. Discussion with City Engineer on State Highway Construction Projects.
14. Motion to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating
the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public
business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss
negotiating a potential development agreement.
15. Motion to reconvene to open session.
16. Motion to adjourn.
