There will be a Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on May 12, 2026,
beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room at 600 Gunder Road,

The agenda will consist of the following items:
AGENDA
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Approval of Current Agenda
3. Approval of Minutes from May 2026.
4. Review and Consider Commission’s Path Related to Data Centers:
- Pursue Data Center Prohibitive Ordinance for Recommendation to BOS
- Pursue Draft Data Center Ordinance for Recommendation to BOS
- Recommend Extension of the Moratorium by later date
6. Workshop – Discussion of Proposed New Data Center Ordinance(s)
7. Adjourn
